2008_03_21: Auburn: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: (Exhibition: 9.775): Added a new transition move (straddle back to handstand on the low bar) -front giant 1/2 to giant to Tkatchev looked terrific as usual; nailed the Comaneci dismount chest high. |
2008_03_14: Penn State: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: (Exhibition: 9.675): Sticks the landing of the Comaneci 1/2 and soars the Tkatchev once again - missed handstands are killing her and the transition to the low bar not reaching perfect vertical position |
2008_02_22: LSU: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: (Exhibition: 9.500):

2008_01_25: Kentucky: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: (Exhibition: 9.625): ½ turn to front giant to ½ turn to Tkatchev, straddle toe-shoot to high bar, Comaneci dismount. |
2008_01_18: Auburn: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: 9.725: ½ turn to front giant to ½ turn to Tkatchev, straddle toe-shoot to high bar, Comaneci dismount. |
2007_01_12: Oklahoma: bars: Jacqueline Shealy: 9.775: Freshman Jacqueline Shealy responded with a strong routine as well (straddle uprise to handstand to inverted giant to 1/2 turn to Tkatchev, toe-on straddle release to the high bar, 1 1/2 twisting flyaway dismount), showing gorgeous toe point and amplitude/extension on her Tkatchev. Unfortunately, she landed awkwardly on the dismount, saluted the judges and then fell to the mat in pain, grabbing her knee. A suspected knee ligament tear was to be confirmed with an MRI on Saturday. Best of luck to Jac in her recovery. This routine scored a 9.775 and was one the coaches were counting on for the season, so she will be sorely missed. |
