It is always more difficult to share your thoughts with fans and alumni after a disappointing performance. Even in our loss to The University of Florida a few weeks earlier I felt we performed well-----counting no major errors, but my biggest complaint would have been we just looked "fatigued". Our performance Saturday afternoon against the Kentucky Wildcats was the first time all year where I felt our effort was consistent with our performance and both were disappointing to the coaching staff. We should have been rested and ready for a great competition, but mentally this was the first time we looked like a young and somewhat immature team.

Now our goal is to determine what lessons we can learn from Saturday's meet and move forward.....because there isn't much time before the Georgia Bulldogs arrive in T-Town! While I can't guarantee the outcome of the meet, I can guarantee you the fans that on Saturday, March 15^th we will be a much improved team. So bring a few friends and let's pack the house and help show our freshman what a difference a week can make.
