The first two months of the 2003 fall semester have gone by rapidly......our training schedule has moved quickly from strength and conditioning to identifying new skills that our ladies can incorporate in their routines as we begin construction of our competitive routines. This Friday, October 31st we will experience our first true taste of competition as we compete in the annual Ghost vs. Goblins Intrasquad. This is a fun time for our team and it also gives us intermediate goals as we transition our training more towards competition. There will be several new faces and some pleasant surprises on Friday so I won't give away any secrets before then. If you have a chance to drop by, we'll get the action started about 1:30 pm on Friday. Come dressed for the festivities......or in your favorite Bama attire, but come join us for one of the most exciting days in fall training. See you there.
