I hope this note finds everyone excited about the upcoming Bama Gymnastics season!! I know our ladies are anxious to begin competition but first we are all looking forward to a few well deserved days of "R&R" with family and friends over the Thanksgiving Holidays. Our ladies joined our staff at the Raschilla's home Sunday evening for our traditional "Team" Thanksgiving. It was the first time for everyone to gather at Bryan & Laura's new home! It was a great evening and we appreciate the Raschillas opening their home for this hungry crew!

The team departs on Tuesday and will travel near and far to reach their families. This is an important time for everyone to recharge their batteries before the pressure and stress of final exams begins.

I hope you will make plans to join us Sunday, December 14th for our Meet the Team BBQ. We will have an "open" practice from 1:00 -3:30 for anyone who wants to drop by. This will be our first practice after final exams so keep that in mind...........

If you haven't already renewed your Medalist Club Membership I hope you will consider doing so now. Remember you have to be a member of the Medalist Club to purchase a Season Parking Pass for $25.00 and spaces are limited this year with the ongoing construction surrounding Coleman Coliseum. If you know someone who enjoys Alabama Gymnastics but hasn't become involved in the Medalist Club I encourage you to share with them the benefits of Medalist Club Membership now!

We're looking forward to the season and finalizing plans to help make our organization and service to our membership even better! It won't be long until Fun, Family Fridays ring in the new year for the Crimson Tide!
