Belated Holiday Greetings!

I want to take this opportunity to thank so many of you for your thoughts, prayers and kind words of support over the past month. As most of you know my father passed away right before the Thanksgiving Holidays and while I know he has rejoined my mother, it was a long and painful process. I can not express how much everyone's support meant to me and to our family.

Time has definitely passed quickly and while we are a bit behind both in the gym and the office, I feel certain that we will "regroup" quickly with the start of the 2005 season about upon us.

Our team had a few days of well needed "R & R" over the Thanksgiving Holidays and we are now busy preparing for final exams and the pressure that surrounds this time of year! I hope to update this site weekly and keep you posted as to our team's progress....so stay tuned!
