On Monday our ladies participated in the fourth annual Ghosts and Goblins intrasquad......and what a great day it was! Our teams were spirited, talented, and competitive from their cheers to their costumes and of course their gymnastics as well. It was lots of fun but more important it provided a little insight into our team and their goals for the season. Our ladies "stepped it up" considerably and have shown great determination. We have our share of problems to overcome, but with effort and good attitudes anything is possible. Pooh Bear's assistants were there in full force so look for their well-documented details of the event! Personally, I enjoyed the fact that our ladies loved the competition and that it brought out the best in each of them. Yes, This is definitely ALABAMA GYMNASTICS!!!!
