Competition is just around the corner and while final examinations and the Christmas Holidays are on everyone's mind, rest assured, our ladies have the Super Six Challenge in the back of their minds and their competitive spirits are beginning to fire up!

This Sunday, December 9, we will host a "Meet the Team" intra-squad in our practice gym for the benefit of our athletes and "You" our fans! Seating space will be limited, but we hope you will come join us for this "test run" of our routines. The format for the intra-squad will feature our top eight gymnasts on each event...and believe me; on some events the competition to make the top eight is pretty keen.

We hope this practice run will help us prepare for competition later on, and give you, our fans, a sneak preview of what lies ahead. The coaching staff is excited and looking forward to see which gymnasts are ready to "rise to the challenge" of competition.
