The Super Six was a great way to open the 2002 season! The level of talent nationally is truly amazing, and our ladies proved in Gainesville that they will be a force to contend with as the season progresses. Our Bama team is a work in progress....and I was thrilled with the consistency we performed with. It is obvious this team wants more...after the meet we talked individually with the athletes and challenged some of them to make a few big steps forward...while in our first practice after the Super Six we had quite a few changes with new skills being added each day! It will be fun to see just how great this group can truly be. It's a fun time...the excitement and drama is building as we take on the #1 ranked University of Georgia Bulldogs this Friday night, January 18th at 7:00 pm. The meet is always great...but this year's event promises to be a classic! We are excited to be at home with our new pre-meet festivities.
