I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving and got to enjoy some quality time catching up with friends and family. Our whole team really enjoyed the chance to go home and rest our bodies but it sure is good to be back. It's so hard to believe we only have two more weeks of classes until exams, meaning we'll all be returning home again in another three weeks! It's rather scary how fast the time goes!

Monday we all got back into the routine of waking up early for class and then hitting the gym, so needless to say, practice was all about easing back into things. But tomorrow we'll pick it up and be pushing full force until Christmas break. Next week I'm sure I'll have lots to fill ya'll in on and perhaps an intrasquad or two to report on. So ya'll had better start getting excited because competition season is just around the corner!
