TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama Gymnastics team is third in the national rankings for the second week in a row while sophomore Kassi Price jumped to No. 1 on the Uneven Bars.

Price scored a 9.95 on the uneven bars last Friday at Auburn, bettering her season average to 9.925 pushing her into the nation's top spot. Price is eighth in the all-around, ninth on the floor exercise

Florida remains at No.1 followed by the Tide's next home opponent, the three-time defending NCAA Champion Georgia Bulldogs. LSU at No. 5 gives the Southeastern Conference four of the nation's top-5. The Crimson Tide is ranked third on the floor exercise, balance beam and uneven bars and 12th on the vault this week.

Fresh off her first all-around win, freshman Kayla Hoffman is ranked 10th. Hoffman is also fourth on the floor exercise, 12th on the vault and 24th on the uneven bars. Sophomore Casey Overton is No. 8 on the balance beam after posting the Tide's top score in back-to-back weeks, while the Tide's anchor on the balance beam, Brittany Magee, is ranked 11th.

Sophomore Morgan Dennis is 20th on the vault. Sophomore Ricki Lebegern was 25th on the floor exercise and the balance beam while senior Terin Humphrey is 24th on the uneven bars.\

Alabama remains on the road this week, taking on Kentucky Friday, Jan. 25 in Lexington. The Tide's next home meet comes Friday, Feb. 1 against the Georgia. Tickets are on sale through the Alabama Ticket Office (205.348.2262) located in the lobby of Coleman Coliseum and online at RollTide.com.
