History, Science, and Lore of Gymnastics

  • www.gymnasticslibrary.com - This on-line gymnastics library provides easy to access video of over 460 gymnastics skills/skill variations, performed by up to five different gymnasts. Gymnasts will find a treasure chest of ideas at their fingertips. The gymnastics library will spark ideas for arranging unique routines, and can help gymnasts with the visualization of skill execution. In addition, the library provides video clips of the same skills performed in combination with other skills.
